Our website is hosted on Wix. When you visit it, Wix and its infrastructure providers may automatically process limited technical information needed to deliver, secure and maintain the website. This may include:

  • Your IP address.

  • Browser type and version, device type and operating system.

  • The pages and files requested, referring page, and date and time of access.

  • Approximate location derived from your IP address.

  • Security, diagnostic and error information.

  • Cookie or similar device identifiers.

We do not intentionally use Google Analytics, Meta Pixel, advertising trackers or other third-party behavioural analytics on this website.

Data you send to us

The website does not currently contain a contact form. If you choose to contact us by email or through another channel, we may receive:

  • Your name, email address, company, role and other contact details.

  • The contents of your message and any attachments.

  • Information about your project, business needs, budget or proposed engagement.

  • Later correspondence, meeting notes, proposals and other information connected with your enquiry.

Please do not send special-category or otherwise highly sensitive personal data unless it is genuinely necessary and we have agreed on an appropriate way to receive it.

Data connected with a client relationship

If an enquiry develops into a project, we may also process contact, contract, project, invoicing and payment-related information needed to provide the services, administer the relationship and meet our legal obligations.

3. WHY DO WE USE PERSONAL DATA?

We use personal data for the following purposes and legal bases:

  • To deliver, maintain and secure the website, prevent fraud and misuse, and diagnose technical problems. We do this based on our legitimate interest in operating a secure and reliable business website under Article 6(1)(f) of the GDPR.

  • To respond to your enquiry and discuss a possible project. We do this to take steps at your request before entering into a contract under Article 6(1)(b), or based on our legitimate interest in responding to business enquiries under Article 6(1)(f).

  • To prepare proposals, enter into and perform a contract, and communicate about a project. We do this to perform a contract or take requested steps before a contract under Article 6(1)(b). When communicating with representatives of a company, we may rely on our legitimate interest in managing the business relationship under Article 6(1)(f).

  • To manage invoicing, accounting, tax obligations and lawful requests from authorities. We do this to comply with legal obligations under Article 6(1)(c).

  • To keep appropriate business records and establish, exercise or defend legal claims. We do this based on our legitimate interest in protecting our rights and managing legal and business risk under Article 6(1)(f).

  • To use optional non-essential cookies or send consent-based communications if these are introduced in the future. We will do this only with your consent under Article 6(1)(a), where consent is legally required.

  • oAuthState: Used for session identification where an authentication flow is used. Stored for the duration of the browser session.

Not every cookie in this list will necessarily be stored during every visit. Cookie names, purposes and durations may change when Wix updates its platform.

We do not currently enable non-essential analytics, personalisation or advertising cookies. Strictly necessary cookies do not require consent under applicable EU cookie rules because they are needed to provide or secure the service requested by the visitor.

If we later introduce non-essential cookies or embedded services, we will update this Privacy Policy and request consent before those technologies are activated where required by law.

You can delete or block cookies through your browser settings. Blocking essential cookies may cause parts of the website to work incorrectly.

5. WHO RECEIVES PERSONAL DATA?

We do not sell personal data.

Personal data may be disclosed where necessary to:

  • Wix.com Ltd., its affiliates and subprocessors, which provide website hosting, content delivery, security, technical support and diagnostic services.

  • Our email service provider when you contact us by email.

  • Professional and operational service providers, such as accountants, legal advisers or IT providers, when their involvement is necessary and subject to appropriate confidentiality and data-protection obligations.

  • Public authorities, courts or regulators when disclosure is required by law or is necessary to establish, exercise or defend legal claims.

6. INTERNATIONAL DATA TRANSFERS

Some technology providers used to operate the website and email service are international organisations. Personal data may therefore be processed outside Latvia or the European Economic Area.

Where a transfer is subject to the GDPR, we rely on safeguards recognised by EU law, as applicable. These may include an adequacy decision, the European Commission’s Standard Contractual Clauses, participation in the EU–US Data Privacy Framework or another lawful transfer mechanism.

7. HOW LONG DO WE KEEP PERSONAL DATA?

We keep personal data only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purpose for which it was collected, including legal, accounting and dispute-resolution requirements.

In general:

  • Technical cookies remain for the periods listed above. Wix controls the detailed retention of its security and infrastructure logs.

  • Enquiries that do not become projects are normally deleted or reviewed no later than 24 months after the last meaningful communication.

  • Project and client correspondence is normally kept for the duration of the relationship and afterwards where needed for continuity, record-keeping or legal claims, taking account of applicable limitation periods.

  • Accounting records and supporting transaction documents are kept for at least the period required by Latvian law, generally five years, and longer where another legal requirement applies.

  • Information connected with a dispute or legal claim may be retained until the matter and any applicable limitation period have ended.

We may keep a minimal record of a privacy request or objection where necessary to show that it was respected.

8. YOUR RIGHTS

Subject to the conditions and exceptions in the GDPR, you may have the right to:

  • Ask whether we process your personal data and request access to it.

  • Have inaccurate or incomplete personal data corrected.

  • Request deletion of your personal data.

  • Request restriction of processing.

  • Receive personal data you provided in a structured, commonly used and machine-readable format and have it transmitted to another controller where technically feasible.

  • Object to processing based on legitimate interests, including any direct marketing.

  • Withdraw your consent at any time where processing is based on consent. This will not affect processing that occurred before consent was withdrawn.

  • Lodge a complaint with a data-protection supervisory authority.

We do not control and are not responsible for the privacy practices of external websites. The site does not currently embed LinkedIn content or place LinkedIn tracking technology on our pages.

We may update this Privacy Policy when our website, service providers or legal obligations change. The latest version will be published on this page with a revised “Last updated” date.
