I worked on this project as part of the EnterCreative team – an Ad agency I worked for full time.
My role in this project was to design slides and create video assets, aiming to make a standout presentation at a yearly Audi dealership summit.
Elevate the reputation of the Latvian branch to assist them in securing more long-term investments and negotiating favorable deals in the conference.
Create a visually rich and memorable keynote presentation for the branch's representatives, enhancing its credibility and highlighting the most important facts.
Project Budget: 12,248€
While designing the visual materials for this conference, we had to adhere to the strict visual guidelines set by Audi and Volkswagen. The biggest challenge was maintaining the light and minimalist feeling the brand is known for, even when working with complicated and busy graphs. We leveraged their impressive image library to raise the bar as high as possible.
Animating in PowerPoint can be challenging and often results in clunky, unpolished outcomes. Therefore, we approached it carefully to preserve our sophisticated design layouts. By avoiding excessive bouncing, wiggling, jumping, or twisting animations, and instead layering simple animations, we created a polished sequence. For more complex elements, we used professional animation software to produce high-quality video content that seamlessly integrated into the PowerPoint slides.
Deadlines were tight, and balancing the requests and needs of many speakers while maintaining a professional and coherent look was challenging. Adapting to using PowerPoint was a key factor in the project's success, and the client was pleased with the results.
