Digital Campaign Promoting a Brand update

A local advertising agency reached out to me for assistance with a branding video. We produced a flashy video that appeals to young adults, the client's target audience. My role was to animate provided designs.

Diagnosed Objective

Sell the new brand facelift to the client's board and unveil the brand redesign on social media to the broader public.

Solution

Create a visually rich and memorable video that summarizes the work done by the agency, ensuring it is interesting to the broader public. It must effectively communicate the new brand values.

Design Process

The design was created by the agency's in-house designer. They aimed to fully leverage the new colors, resulting in a bright and colorful design intended to attract maximum attention. Their strategy included large, bold typography, stylish photography, and clean colors.

Animation Process

The animation needed to be as bold as the vibrant colors. My goal was to complement and enhance the visually stimulating design with movement. We discovered fantastic synergy between flexible animated text and a rubber-stretching sound effect, adding a playful touch to the video. Without a need for voiceover, we invested significant time refining the sound effects, resulting in a highly polished end product.

We created many different iterations while perfecting this video. Each movement and sound effect received substantial time, attention, and care. The client appreciated the extra effort and was ecstatic with the final result.
