A government institution was encountering many incorrectly formatted documents, causing problems for both the public and employees. We created an effective explainer video tailored to thrive in the social media environment.
Educate the public to reduce harm caused by incorrectly formatted legal documents and the excessive employee hours spent correcting them. Existing explanations are either boring, outdated, or difficult to understand.
Create an explainer video optimized for SEO and social media algorithms, ensuring easy discoverability. The video should provide a step-by-step walkthrough that viewers can easily follow. It must be concise, straightforward, and digitally accessible to people with disabilities.
Project Budget: 6876€
The design needed to be engaging yet not overly goofy. We opted to use design elements from 1980s computers and the "Times New Roman" font to stylize the computer scenes, adding a touch of fun. We also developed a color palette that incorporated the client's old visual guidelines while giving them a fresh feel. The overall result is a modern and sharp visual appearance that captures viewers' attention.
We embraced the 1980s style in the animation by using a slower frame rate to simulate the graphics of an old computer, adding a vintage vibe to the video. We also incorporated extra accent elements that blink on and off, reminiscent of old computers. The animation merges the old with the new, creating a cohesive video.
The client appreciated the blend of formal and entertaining elements and was pleased with the final result. The project was completed within the given deadline without any setbacks.
